  • Class cancellation policy

    Set how many hours before class a member can still cancel; the studio preset uses 12 hours. After that, canceling from the link isn't possible.

  • Pre-class reminders

    Message and email reminders go out 24 hours and 2 hours before each class. Members who can't make it cancel in time, and the spot opens up for another member.

  • You set a headcount limit for each group class. When booking, members choose how many people are coming, for example two if they bring a friend. Once the class is full, that time slot no longer appears on your booking page. Group classes and capacity limits are included in the Team and Business plans.
