Can I set a different duration and price for kids' haircuts?

Yes. Every service has its own duration and price, for example 20 minutes for a kids' haircut and 45 for haircut and beard. Your calendar fills up based on these durations. If one barber works faster or slower, you can also set a duration and price just for that barber.

How close to the appointment time can customers book?

You decide. With the barbershop preset, the earliest bookable time is 30 minutes from now. You can change that to immediately, 1 hour or 1 day in advance. The furthest bookable date and the cancellation deadline are also set in Booking rules.

Can I hold a regular time slot for repeat customers?

Yes. When you add an appointment from the dashboard, choose to repeat it weekly or every two weeks and enter how many times. Dates that are already booked are skipped and you're notified, and your customer gets a separate reminder before each appointment.

Does the barbershop scheduling software work on a phone?

Yes. Planfly runs in the browser, so there's no separate app to download. If you give your barbers dashboard accounts, each one sees only their own appointments, while the owner and admins can follow the whole calendar.

Do customers need an account to book?

No. Customers tap your link, choose a service, barber and time, then enter their name and phone number. Confirmations and reminders arrive by message and email, and they can cancel or reschedule from the same link.

Grow your business, not your phone traffic.

01
On Saturdays, your shop turns into a waiting room
When everyone shows up at once, customers wait at the door and some get tired of waiting and leave. With online booking, the day fills up in 15-minute slots, so customers come in for their slot instead of waiting around.
02
You can't answer messages with scissors in your hand
"Any openings tonight?" messages that come in mid-shave go unanswered. Your booking page shows open times on its own, so customers can book a spot even half an hour out.
03
Walk-ins and appointments get mixed up
Add walk-in customers to the calendar from the dashboard as "Walk-in". That time is then closed to online booking, so there are no clashes with customers who have appointments.

Features
